2. White-Label & Direct Client Work

Whether you are a direct client or the project is handled as a white-label service, Enliteweb reserves the right to use the project (website screenshots, case studies, results, or project highlights) for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Any exception to this must be agreed upon in writing through a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals.

Content provided by clients must not violate copyrights, trademarks, or applicable laws.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be agreed before project commencement.

Refunds are applicable only if explicitly stated in the service agreement.

5. Marketing Rights

Unless explicitly restricted by contract, Enliteweb has the right to promote, market, and showcase completed projects regardless of whether it was a direct engagement or a white-label project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Enliteweb shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
